XENIA — As part of National Child Abuse Prevention Month in April, Greene County Children Services staff have planted 1,268 multicolor pinwheels in front of the agency’s offices in Xenia. The pinwheels are accompanied by a banner that explains that the number of pinwheels represents the number of reports of child abuse and neglect in Greene County last year.
