GREENE COUNTY — Mrs. Graham Bryson was one of the early members of the Tuesday Literary Club. She and her family raised horses. In 1913, at the request of the founder of Camp Fire Girls, Mrs. Bryson assembled a group of young women who made up the first Camp Fire tribe in Greene County. She took the girls camping and hiking. They learned to paddle a canoe and cook over an open fire. She was an energetic leader, who lived into her 90s.
