I am just a small business that employs less than 10 people at a time. It is always tight month to month to cover expenses and taxes but on more than one occasion that payment to the Bureau of Workman’s Compensation has put me in the red and then to find out later that they were overcharging with a huge surplus just angers me.

As much I appreciated the good will payment they sent out as a would be bribe that they sent me 1099 for so I could add it to income I would just like them to settle their debt as quickly as they expect us to pay ours when we owe them its only far.

This is gone on too long it is going to wind up costing tax payers in the end and we just pay way to much already. Just settle the lawsuit already dragging it on is a waste of everyone’s time and effort they will still have a surplus when its all paid out I am not sure what the reasoning is behind not paying but I do expect that the courts ruling should be upheld sooner rather than later.

I would like to invest in my community and grow this business and that settlement would help me do that. Please consider the smallest of the small business community as we don’t have the same resources as the larger ones and we just simply need it more. Its time to do the right thing and pay us back what they owe. Now.
