DAYTON — The Dayton League of Women Voters will team up with Warped Wing Brewing Company for “Democracy and Drafts” from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 18.

A $35 donation will buy food and a flight of Dayton’s finest craft beer and will support the 2014 Voters Guide. For the past 94 years the League has provided the voter’s guide free to citizens in Montgomery and Greene counties to educate residents about governmental issues and candidates. The guide is distributed to libraries, businesses and door step deliveries so that voters can make informed decisions in the voting booth.

“The League of Women Voters has been an invaluable resource for UpDayton and our Advocacy Committee as we educate the area’s young professionals on issues, candidates, and the local democratic process,” said Brad Roediger, Up Dayton Advocacy Chair. “We are really excited to see them collaborate with Warped Wing Brewery for Drafts and Democracy because this is a venue that is a favorite of professionals young and old.”

To help support democracy, please make reservations via PayPal at lmvdayton.org or send a check to League Education Fund 131 North Ludlow Ste 1208, Dayton, 45402.
