XENIA — A manufacturing company is relocating and, hopefully, adding employees. A Xenia plastic injection molding company, TJAR Innovations, is in the process of relocating from its 1320 Lavelle Drive facility to a building at 1004 Cincinnati Avenue.

TJAR Innovations describes itself as a “one stop destination for all your plastic needs – from product idea to market ready.” The company uses cutting-edge technology to provide plastic injection molds and parts through innovative design and processes.

According to the company, the new space is substantially larger than the facility on Lavelle. The company’s expanding workload has caused the need for more space.

The move to the larger facility is also expected to bring a change in the size of the workforce as TJAR is expecting to add to its 17 employee staff.
