XENIA — Young campers with a wide range of interests are enjoying the 2014 season of summer camps offered by Greene County Parks and Trails (GCP&T). Camps offered in Greene County include topics such as nature, art, biking, photography and fossils.
“Our camps are designed to meet a wide range of interests,” said GCP&T Chief Naturalist Cris Barnett. “Our ‘Nature on the Go’ camps literally brings the week day-camp experience to communities throughout Greene County. We also offer a wide variety of camps that are designed to meet specific interests of our campers.”
GCP&T “Basic Outdoor Survival Skills” and “Nature on the Go” camps were held this past week at James Ranch Park to open the camping season.
