BEAVERCREEK — The finals for Submarine House’s “Super Duper Cheesesteak Challenge” will take place at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 16, at the Beavercreek Submarine House Bar & Grill, 3195 Dayton-Xenia Road. The challenge will pit eight store finalists and last year’s champion against each other for a $1,000 prize and a championship belt.

According to a release from Submarine House, anyone can be eligible for a $10,000 cash prize by visiting any Submarine House location through April 15 and filling out an entry form. No purchase is necessary to enter.

Dayton’s Children’s Hospital and Columbus Children’s Hospital will benefit from the contest this year.

“We are excited to bring back the Super Duper Cheesesteak Challenge Finals to the Beavercreek store again this year,” Brody Danner, franchise owner and operator, stated in a release. “Plus, this year – for the first time – in addition to our annual donation to Dayton Children’s Hospital, we will also make a donation to Columbus Children’s Hospitals. And for those Submarine House fans who weren’t up for taking the Super Duper Cheesesteak Challenge, everyone still has ‘10,000’ excellent reasons to stop by any store location and register for the big cash prize.”
