BELLBROOK — Bellbrook Middle School’s Kids ‘n Science Club recently visited the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery and enjoyed the “Cosmic Colors” show at the planetarium.

The eighth-grade students were able to explore the museum and learn from the interactive science experiences and displays suited to their interests as part of an enrichment activity. The “Cosmic Colors” planetarium show depicts the variety of waves in the universe and the many colors that are seen as a result. Students were also able to see the “Night Sky” and “Black Holes” presentations and an introduction to “Space Park” as part of their planetarium experience.

A favorite was seeing the animals, especially the meerkat and bat eared fox, students said.

The trip was make possible by a grant from the Bellbrook Sugarcreek Education Foundation.
