XENIA — The Ohio Department of Health requires two additional vaccinations to be on file for seventh-grade students to attend Warner Middle School — MCV4 and Tdap.

Without the vaccinations, students will be excluded from school starting Tuesday, Sept. 6. Parents or guardians can drop off shot records in Warner’s office any weekday until 2 p.m.

For more information and to schedule an immunization, contact your child’s physician, the health department 937-374-5600. Many local pharmacies are also able to give the vaccination.
