Full moon hike

YELLOW SPRINGS — Community members are invited to warm their hands and spirit by sampling hot chocolate around a fire before taking a hike under a full moon guided by Naturalist Paul Sampson. Dog toy workshop

YELLOW SPRINGS — Glen Helen will host a workshop focusing on re-purposing items such as gently used clothing, tennis balls and landfill items to create toys for local shelter dogs to play with as they await their forever home. The event will include adoptable pups to “test out” the toys. Participation costs $8, with proceeds benefiting Paw Patrol of Dayton and Glen Helen. Volunteer at Glen Helen

YELLOW SPRINGS — Volunteers at Glen Helen wear a variety of hats such as leading hikes and programs, in addition to helping with mailings, staffing events and operating the Nature Shop, as well as preserving and protecting the trails. DAYTON — Victoria Theatre Association announced that individual tickets for the Dayton presentation of Dirty Dancing – The Classic Story on Stage are available now.
