Sixth Red blanks Kettering Gray in WOJFC Superbowl, 14-0

HUBER HEIGHTS — The Huber Heights Sixth Grade Red Warrior football team beat the Sixth Grade Kettering Gray Firebirds in the 2013 WOJFC Championship Superbowl, 14-0. The Firebirds were the previous three time Superbowl champions. Huber Heights remained undefeated through the entire season.

During the first half of the game, the teams went back and forth going into halftime 0-0.

During the third quarter, Kaelan Turner broke through three tackles giving the Warriors a touchdown. Then later, Warrior player Stephon Hughes broke through and gave another Warrior touchdown. Jacob Padilla kicked the extra point putting the warriors ahead 14-0.

Huber Heights Sixth Grade Red players are Kaelan Turner, Garrett Valentine, Dallas Lee, Brenden Lawson, Kyle Landes, Chris Scott, Kenny Smith, Stephon Hughes, Antoine Dennis, Jonathan Matheny, Austin Mullins, Dougie Townsell, Jaden Hardrick, Jadyn Glueckert, Jadyn Leon, Damyon Juntunen, and Jacob Padilla. Coaches are Mike Padilla, Will Hardrick, Sean Turner, Robby Mullins, Randy Bitsko, and Doug Townsell.

Cheerleaders are: Mya Beaudion, Emily Molina-Beck, Yasmine McKinney, Bryannah Plessinger, Madeline Sammons, Alyssa Chilton, Neveah Harrigan.

Cheer coaches are Emily Janow and Hillary Glueckert. The Warriors will be traveling to Panama City Beach, Fla. over Thanksgiving to play in a national football tournament.
