XeniaPUBLIC NOTICEDivision of the State Fire MarshalBureau of Underground Storage Tank RegulationsPursuant to the rules governing the remediation of releases of petroleum from underground storage tank (UST) system(s), notice to the public is required if a proposed Petroleum Contaminated Soil (PCS) Treatment Plan is submitted to the Bureau of Underground Storage Tank Regulations (BUSTR). Notice is hereby given that a proposed PCS Treatment Plan has been submitted for the designated facility located at: M&T Real Estate Holding Company 869 US Route 68 South Xenia Township, OH Greene COUNTY RELEASE #29010017-N00002A proposed PCS Treatment Plan dated April, 29, 2014, was submitted by the owner and/or operator of the UST systems(s) for the review and approval of the State Fire Marshal (SFM). Once the SFM has reviewed and approved the proposed PCS Treatment Plan, the owner and/or operator of the release will be required to implement the proposed plan.A copy of the proposed PCS Treatment Plans, as well as other documentation relating to this release and the UST system(s) involved, is maintained by BUSTR, and are available for inspection and copying by the public.
